ABOUT US

Welcome To SWD & MRC

Children with disabilities need only a few opportunities and facilities to stand on their own feet and become self-reliant. With this belief, and by providing various such opportunities and facilities, this institution has been dedicated to the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities since 1956.
The institution has built a grand infrastructure that includes separate skill development classes, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy centres, a computer lab, a library, a small hospital, and a cultural auditorium. This building was inaugurated in the year 2000 by the then Deputy Prime Minister, Hon. Shri Lal Krishna Advani.
